Examples of Missions Achieved
- Process & Testing teams management within a MSB specialized in medical devices, growing at a fast pace. The company had to reorganize itself very quickly to cope with growth. Eric led the changes involved by this reorganization for both teams, ie mainly recruitments et teams stabilization within their new roles/responsibilities.
- Printing site recovery, which used to face capacity, social and financial issues. Organization and scheduling adjustments, maintenance operating conditions, management practices,…
- Subsidiary recovery (within international Group). Steering committee partially replaced. Management practices adjustment, as well as processes impacting performance (Quality, Supply chain,…)
- Support within a startup business growing at very fast pace (Lidars). Industrial methods strengthening, process reliability improvement, transverse relations reinforcement.
- Subsidiary management (Oil & Gas international Group), facing some increasingly high and excessive risks on its main projects. Contracts rationalization, bidding processes adjustment.
- Racing boat project management. Project interfaces adjustment (relationship management) with all stakeholders involved (internal and external), in order to ensure expected outcome (Quality, Costs, Leadtime).
- Production & Supply teams support within a pharmaceutical main player, suddenly facing a huge demand growth (doubled) on its main product line. Capacity projects, recruitments, organization adjustments.
